The NAMS Firefly®  C15-Call History Server (CHS) Visibility Solution is a web-based User Interface giving C15 users tools to find complete call details quickly and easily.  

CHS dips into data sources from SIP, SS7, and other sources, allowing users to use existing search interfaces (such as ISR Search) to find the call (or calls) in question (similar to how the NAMS live SS7 data collector works).

Our call correlation feature allows visibility to all available data sources (associated with that call).  For example, a standard SS7-based call consists of:

• AMA ticket
• C15 switch messages (for trunk selection and digits toned)
• SS7 messaging itself

By performing one call search, we present everything within the C15 for diagnostic purposes.
