The NAMS Firefly® SIP module consists of a proprietary SIP collector probe and visibility software, giving you a more simplified experience when searching through SIP data. Collecting SIP messages in real-time, we take the most critical fields and create a SIP Session Record (SSR) for that visibility you are looking for, and the ability to report on this data.
We display the SIP call detail in an intuitive format that allows you to drill down into the minutia of a call for research or troubleshooting purposes. We use these records to do an in-depth packet search, increasing our reporting capabilities, to assist with troubleshooting, fraud detection, fraud prevention, etc. The SIP records are also correlated to the AMA records confirming that the switch is stamping all the SIP data correctly to ensure revenue maximization.
