For example, when helping a 3rd party PBX vendor, we can quickly look at an “invite” coming from the customers PBX to help narrow down any calling issues….There are also simple reports we can build to show customers inbound and outbound call flow statistics covering a specific time frame. They have great support. Things seldom go wrong but if something does, they provide very good support.
